SHIPPING

 

Due to Covid-19 please allow up to 3-5 business days to receive shipping confirmation. 

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1pm CST, will be processed that day and shipped within 24 hours pending availability, payment received and credit/debit card verification. Orders placed after 1pm CST will be processed the following business day and shipped within 48 hours also pending availability, payment received and credit/debit card verification. All orders placed on Friday after 1pm CST will be processed on the following Monday.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail on all out of state orders. All local orders surrounding the Chicago land area, Gary and the Northwest Indiana areas are shipped Priority Mail through a private licensed/insured courier ( Shipping rates still applies). Priority Mail time is typically delivered in 2 - 5 days.  *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.

* Local Shipping is a flat rate cost of $6.50 (Chicago/Gary). 

* Out of state shipping is calculated according to weight of package.

   0-3 lbs Standard $7.20

   3 and up $10.50

 

Please choose the correct shipping location during checkout. Failure to do so will delay your order. 

 

Next day shipping is available at a higher cost of $20.00 or more pending weight (Out of state).

International Shipping starts at $25.00 ( can be more pending weight and duties and taxes of your country billed to receiver).

Site to Store Pick-up (Free)

This option is available any day of the week EXCLUDING Sunday's; Saturday pick-up time is during Fashion Hour ONLY. Monday -Friday 

pick-up times varies between the hours of 10:00am and 6:00pm. Pick-up will be at Rejuv Body Bar 7895 Broadway Suite W. Merrillville, IN.

Please allow 1-2 business days for receipt of payment and order to be processed. When your order is ready you will receive an email with day and time to pickup your order. If you are unable to pickup on that day and time please prepare to pickup order on Saturday during Fashion Hour. After 5 days of not picking up order, your order will be canceled and a refund will be issued. You can specify in the comment section during checkout times that work for you (we will try our best to accommodate). 

 

RETURNS

G'Du Jour Allure is pleased to accept exchanges of any unworn item(s), in perfect condition with tags attached and accompanied by a receipt. Swimsuits, Bodysuits, Lingerie, Sale Items, Accessories and Body Beauty Products (Oils, Shea Butters, soap etc.), Cosmetics (lipsticks, eye shadow etc.) are not eligible for exchanges. [NO EXCEPTIONS] 

  • You may exchange merchandise within 7 days of receipt of purchase.

  • The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 

  • Many of our items are limited quantities, and occasionally we may sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email. 

  • Currently we do not accept returns! We accept EXCHANGES ONLY in perfect condition.

ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM ORDERS.
